Out Out Workout (formerly Dance Fit Windsor) brings all the energy of a night out into a fun, feel-good workout. You will be dancing around to awesome music, learning simple routines and getting seriously fit at the same time. 

 

Founded by Hannah Cramer, a qualified personal trainer and group exercise instructor with 20 years’ experience, you’re guaranteed a workout you’ll actually look forward to.

Wednesday's @ 6pm-7pm - NWCA, Hanover Way, Windsor- (Classes start 9th September 2026)

Saturday’s @ 10am-11am- All Saints Church, Dedworth, Windsor 

Come along to this super fun, high energy class combining simple aerobics and street dance steps to awesome house music (with a splash of drum n bass and hip hop). This class is suitable for anyone and everyone wanting a fantastic workout. You will leave feeling energized, confident and ready to take on whatever your day throws at you.
